Pacific Rim Initiative
| The Cornerstone family is planting a church...in China! We're committed to spend about 10% of our annual budget in order to begin building a church in China, as well as train and outfit national pastors who will serve there. You can be a part of what we do, by praying consistently, giving regularly and by learning as much as possible about this terrific opportunity to spread the kingdom in the nation of China. At this years Mission Conference, coming up April 17th-20, we will be presenting the challenges and privileges of the Pacific Rim Initiative. |  |
Cornerstone Aiding the Needy (C.A.N.)
Cornerstone cares about the needs of the people in our community. We show the love of Jesus by providing food to local food banks, school supplies to students in need and Christmas gifts to underprivileged children. By God's provision, Cornerstone has been able to deliver over 5000 pounds of food to the food banks. Truckloads of school supplies were given to students, and local children saw the love of Jesus on Christmas morning. Not by the presents but by the fact that someone cares. Come join the team.
Cornerstone Ministries
At Cornerstone, we believe that every follower of Christ is gifted for
service of some kind. When you find out how God specifically shaped
you for service, you discover that serving Him and others brings significance
and even joy. Our plan is to never push people into service.
Rather, it is to help people find where they fit so they can flourish and
develop their God-given gifting. Westpark Mission
Cornerstone has committed to provide help for the families in Westpark, a subdivision in West Bremerton. Every week, volunteers spend time tutoring school-age children, mentoring children and women in need, and helping out with various community center activities. If you'd like to be a tutor, mentor, or helper on a regular basis, give us a call at the church office. Pastor J. would love to help you get plugged in to this incredible opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.World Missions
As a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA), Cornerstone actively supports the work of world missions. An annual Missions Conference and short-term missions trips keep us directed toward Christ's Commission to reach the entire world with the good news of Jesus Christ.
